Micro brewery BREWORX LITE MEMinibrewery BREWORX LITE ME is a minibrewery from serie BREWORX LITE.
The brewery has a simplified brewhouse with construction what allows beer production from malt concentrates ( malt extracts ) and also from wort concentrates. It does not allow beer production from traditional raw materials (malt, hops and water).

This solution is particularly suitable for restaurant small breweries, where the wort brew machine is placed directly in a room reserved for guests, but the owner of the brewery wants to produce beer with less requirement of time and energy.
Minibrewery BREWORX LITE ME compared to classical arrangement of wort brew machine does not allows beer production from classic raw materials. Malt is replaced by malt extract, what is a concentrate made for easy mixing of malt mash in the water obtain sweet wort.
This method eliminates most difficult phase of the brewing process of beer production – the preparation of wort mash and its filtering. After obtaining wort the process continues boiling of wort with hops and the final whirlpooling of wort to separation of hops from the wort. Then follows it by the cooling of wort before start of the fermentation of beer in the stainless steel tanks.
This is more economical brewing method than required by the traditional method preparation of wort beginning with mixing of milled malt in water.
This allows the production of many types of beer from one concentrate only by select different hops types.
Solution of the Brewhouse allows easy and clear operation the brewing process when the brewmaster has all the necessary measuring and control equipments at hand and production cycle in full control.
Malt concentrate – malt extract comes from the wort, which is actually pulverized and thoroughly boiled in drinking water. Thickening of wort has been eventually reached in technologically unique evaporators, where boiling and evaporating is reached at a temperature of 45°C, which is not damaging main component of wort extract- malt sugar or maltose- caramelisation.
Malt extracts are made without the use of chemical additives (extractions agent, artifiacial enzymes, preservatives, stabilisators, etc… ) they usually have honey consistency and expiration date 6-12 months. Easy to transport and storage because of airtight covers.
We produce minibreweries BREWORX LITE ME in three variants of the main fermentation and arrangement of the tank storage.
Microbreweries BREWORX LITE ME CFFermentation and maturation in sealed cylindrical-conical tanks is an effective and modern way of producing beer, which is highly resistant to contamination of fermenting beverages with unwanted organisms. Precision control of the fermentation and maturation leads to permanent results of constant quality and sensory characteristics of the beer. This scheme of brewery is particularly suitable for the production of top-fermented beers, but it is possible to produce all types of bottom-fermented beer too.
Microbreweries BREWORX LITE ME OFFermentation and maturation in open fermentation vats is the traditional way of producing beer, especially for the typical bottom-fermented Czech type of beer . This allows collection of quilts during the fermentation. A fascinating look at many forms and colors of the yeast foam will be appreciated by guests on excursions to the brewery. This scheme of brewery is suitable only for the production of bottom-fermented beers. Production of top fermented beer in open fermentation vats is quite demanding and is therefore not recommended.
Microbreweries BREWORX LITE ME OCFThe combined solution allows production of bottom and top-fermented beer. Minibrewerie contains of open fermentation tubs (optimal for the traditional method of bottom-fermented beers) and cylindro-conical tanks (particularly suitable for the production of top fermented beers). Beer maturation takes place in lager tanks, or it is possible to use instead of lager tanks other cylindro-conical tanks for maturation process. The solution particularly suitable for restaurant minibreweries where the brewer plans to manufacture both bottom and top fermented beers.

I . Control system level MC (manual control):A manual control of a brewhouse, simple push-button control panel with basic control and sensing elements. Manually adjusted pipeline routes, switching of motors and pumps, temperature and times are watched by the brewer .
Anautomatically controlled brewhouse – with most computer- controlled operations – according to the specifications from a central control panel. The control panel is designed as a touchscreen. The brewer selects the recipe and starts the program that controls the production process. The brewer controls it and performs laboratory tests, treats abnormal conditions and ensures the preparation and the brewing of raw materials for the process.
