BREWORX MODULO are micro-breweries consisting of compact modules. The modules can be easily placed in space of the building and connected to each other in a defined way using hoses or pipes. By adding individual modules, you can easily expand the brewery’s production capacity and add more features in future.
Another advantage of the modules is their easy commissioning without installation work, without extensive building modifications, without changing the purpose of the building and without the building permit.
Modules can be easily and quickly moved to another place in the brewery.
BREWORX MODULO – basic sets of breweries
We offer BREWORX MODULO breweries with three sizes of brewhouse wort machine.
For each type of brew wort machine, there are several product lines of breweries that vary according to the volume of fermentation vessels integrated in the compact fermentation units – FUIC modules. We recommend choosing the right brewery type according to the intended volume of beer production and the number of beer types that the brewery operator wants to offer at the same time.
The production of wort from traditional ingrediences allows up to two batches of wort per day. This allows to use the fermentation units with tanks which are two times bigger than the volume of the brewhouse to reduce the purchase cost of the brewery and the operation cost of the beer production as well.
Main components
MODULO Brewhouse wort machine
The compact machine includes all equipment to production wort from malt, water and hops. Wort brew machines MODULO are the main components of the microbreweries BREWORX MODULO. The compact machine for preparation of wort MODULO has traditional design which is typical for Czech brewery school.
MODULO Wort cooling system
The compact system for cooling wort and water management. One system mounted on common frame includes all devices needed to preparation and storage hot water and cold water, cooling of wort, aeration of wort, cooling of water, heating of water.
MODULO Energy Module
This modile contains a steam generator for heating the hot water and hot water, a glycol cooler, a drinking water treatment system, air dryer and carbon filter.
MODULO Fermentation Units
FMU – Fermentation-maturation units , FUIC (Fermentation Units with Independent Cooling): they are compact units consists of all what is needed for the fully controlled fermentation and maturation process during an alcoholic beverage production. The FUIC unit includes one, two, three or four insulated cylindrical-conical tanks, water cooler, measuring and control system, electric switchbox and a base frame.
