CFS are the complete fermentation sets. They are fully equipped pre-configured assembly sets that include all what is needed for professional fermenation, maturation and storage of beer, cider or wine. Each complete fermentation set includes several classical cylindrical-conical tanks (the modern beer production tanks ) and all equipment needed for cooling and temperature regulation of CC tanks. Water / glycol cooler with pump and capacity efficient for cooling all tanks during the beer fermenation and maturation process.
Each CC-tank is equipped with one or two independent cooling channels.
The complete fermentation set includes :
- One or several fully-equipped cylindrical-conical fermentation tanks – the pressure vessels with cooling channels, fittings, manhole, sanitizing sprayball, sample cook, pure product drain valve, adjustable ovepressure valve, safety valve, vacuum protection valve and optionally also other fittings and accesories.
- Fully-equipped temperature measuring and control system for digital control of temperatures in each tank. This system may be optionally equipped with the computer control system for planning, monitoring and recording of temperatures. The temperature measuring and control system includes :
- Variant CC : The central cabinet with digital controllers for measuring and control temperatures in all tanks (optionally in two cooling zones in each tank separatelly or jointly).
- Variant OT : The separated digital controllers placed directly on each tank (optionally in two cooling zones in each tank separatelly or jointly).
- Temperature sensors for each tank cooled zone.
- Electrical motor valves for automatic opening and closing coolant channels – regulation of the cooling process on each tank
- Connection boxes – they are designed for connections between motor valves, digital regulators, cooler pump and power supply.
- Power supply for powering all system. All components excluding power supply and cooler are powered by safety voltage only 24V.
- Connection wires.
- The compact liquid cooler with a cooling capacity which corresponds to the size and number of tanks in the set.
- All necessary assembling material for electrical and coolant connections – wires, hoses, pipes, reductors, valves, fixing material.
- The assembling manual.
All metal components that are in touch with the product and cooling liquid (water, glycol) are produced of stainless steel.

I. CFS CT1 : One-cooler to one-tank

II. CFS OT1Z : On-tank 1-zone
Configurator of the CFS (Complete fermentation sets) that are equipped with classical cylindrical-conical tanks and all equipment needed for cooling and temperature regulation of CC tanks.
On-tank control system + Single cooling zone ( or two dependent connected zones) on each tank.
III. CFS OT2Z : On-tank 2-zone
Complete fermentation sets that are equipped with classical cylindrical-conical tanks and all equipment needed for cooling and temperature regulation of CC tanks.
On-tank control system + Double cooling zone (two independent zones) on each tank.
IV. CFS CC1Z Central-cabinet 1-zone
