Wort brew machines for the BREWORX MODULO breweries
MODULO wort brew machines are the main components of the BREWORX MODULO breweries . The compact machine for wort preparation has traditional design which is typical for Czech restaurant breweries.

Construction of the machine
All components that are necessary to production of wort are integrated to three tanks, but only two tanks are visible (two vessels are integrated on one tank). Each tank has more functions. This type of the wort brew machine is able to produce from one to two batches of wort per day, if malt is used for the brewing, or up to three batches of wort per day, if malt extract is used instead malt.
The machine is assembled on a base frame to easy transport and quick installation.

– the complete water management system and the wort cooling system are equipped with integrated components :

3. MODULO fermentation units
FMU – Fermentation-maturation units , FUIC (Fermentation Units with Independent Cooling): they are compact units consists of all what is needed for the fully controlled fermentation and maturation process during an alcoholic beverage production. The FUIC unit includes one, two, three or four insulated cylindrical-conical tanks, water cooler, measuring and control system, electric switchbox and a base frame.
