The compact brewhouse wort machine has capacity 1100 liters per one batch, up to 3300 liters per day. The brewery allows the annualy beer production from 750HL up to 9000HL according to volume and number of fermentors and beer types.

BREWORX LITE-ECO 1000 breweries are simplified micro breweries to production beer from wort concentrates. This way to beer production is very easy and quick. It does not require many experiances and knowledges about brewing. This is a good choice for all who want to product their own beer for sale to customers and they have not a educated brewmaster available.

Brewhouse wort machine BREWORX LITE-ECO 1000
The wort brew machine BREWORX LITE-ECO 1000 is a compact food machine which includes all necessary equipment to produce 1100 liters of wort (for production approximately 1000 liters of beer) in one batch from malt extract or wort concentrate (beer concentrates). The machine is not equipped with the filtering tank therefore it is not possible to produce wort from malt classic way. A simplified industrial design of the machine allows effective work during entire wort production process using simple step PLC controller for heating of the vessels. Transfer of heat from the electric heating spirals to inner jacket of the vessels ensures oil.

Primary fermentation of beer
Non-pressure vessels for the main fermentation of beer – primary fermentation.

- Cylindrical fermentation tanks– simple insulated fermentors only to the primary beer fermentation – without possibility to collectioning of yeast

- Cylindrical maturation tanks – pressure fermentors for the maturation and natural carbonization of beer
Final beer conditioning
Optional equipment for final conditioning of beer.
- Beer conditioning vessels – special pressure tanks for the final conditioning of beer – the carbonization of beer, additional hopping, filtration of beer and for filling beer into bottles, kegs, cans
- Hops extraction – equipment for extraction of aromatic active substances from hops into cold beer (dry hopping)
- Beer carbonization – equipment for carbonization of beer in the pressure beer conditioning tanks or in the pipes under pressure using an external carbondioxide pressure cylinders
- Beer filters – plate filters, candle filters with kieselguhr, microfilters – mechanical reduction of yeast in beer
