Primary beer fermentation tanks

Primary fermentation of beer in the opened fermentor

Fermentors and tanks intended to the primary fermentation of beer

We produce and offer several types of the fermentors intended to the primary beer fermentation. Opened fermentors designed to production of Czech traditional lager beers, cylindrically-conical fermenation tanks as a modern beer fermentation technology, simplified cylindrical or conical fermentors with low price, plastic fermentors and barrels made of polyethylene and some other types of the fermentation vessels as well.

Our offer for the primary beer fermentors

Opened fermentation vats – non-covered fermentors for primary fermentation of typical Czech lager beer.

Cylindrical fermentors – simple technology of covered fermentors for the primary fermentation of all beer types

Cylindrically-conical fermentation tanks – modern universal fermenters which allows both primary and secondary fermentation in the same vessel

Plastic fermentation vessels – simple fermentors intended to the primary fermentation small volumes of beer

Compact fermentation units – Compact mobile devices which include all what is needed to the beer fermentation, maturation and conditioning

Complete fermentation sets – fully equipped fermentation kits with fermentors, cooling system and temperature control system

What is the primary fermentation ?

The wort boiling process, which is the first phase of the production cycle of beer, is followed by a second phase, called the fermentation process. Fermentation of wort is a manifestation of metabolism of brewer yeast, which is added after the oxidation to the wort immediately after it is cooled to the fermentation temperature and pumped from the brewhouse to fermentation vessels.

Entire beer fermentation process includes two phases : The primary beer fermentation and the secondary beer fermentation.

Primary beer fermentation process :

The task of brewer yeast in the primary fermentation stage is to convert part of the sugars in the wort into alcohol. At the set degree of fermentation the fermentation process is interrupted (not to be the full conversion of 100 % sugar).

This section includes all tanks  designed to the primary fermentation of beer.
