Basic sets of modular breweries with the compact wort machine MODULO LITE-ME 250
The BREWORX MODULO LITE-ME 250 are modular breweries to production of beer from malt extracts with output capacity 250-275 liters per one brew. These simplified microbreweries allows you the beer production only from beer concentrates with hops and yeast, not from malt. The compact brewhouse wort machine with Czech traditional design and production capacity 275 liters of wort per batch. The FUIC compact beer fermentation units are equipped with fermentation tanks with useful volume 250 liters or 500 liters. The brewery allows the annualy production from 187 up to 2250 hectoliters of beer according to volume and number of fermentors and beer types.
About the Modulo Lite-ME 250 breweries
MODULO LITE-ME 250 are microbreweries consisting of compact modules. The modules can be easily placed in space of the building and connected to each other in a defined way using hoses or pipes. By adding individual modules, you can easily expand the brewery’s production capacity and add more features in future. Modules can be easily and quickly moved to another place in the brewery.
Main components
MODULO Lite-ME 250 : Brewhouse wort machine
The compact brewhouse wort machine includes all equipment to production wort from malt extract (not from malt), water and hops with the production capacity 275 liters of wort per batch, up to 550 liters of wort per day. This is a main part of the modular brewery. The MODULO LITE-ME brewhouse wort machine has traditional design which is typical for Czech brewery school.
MODULO Wort cooling system
The compact system for cooling wort and water management. One system mounted on common frame includes all devices needed to preparation and storage hot water and cold water, cooling of wort, aeration of wort, cooling of water, heating of water.
MODULO Energy Module
This module contains a steam generator for heating the hot water and hot water, a glycol cooler, a drinking water treatment system, air dryer and carbon filter.
MODULO Fermentation Units
FUIC module (Fermentation units with an independent cooling system): they are compact units consists of all what is needed for the fully controlled fermentation and maturation process during an alcoholic beverage production. The FUIC unit includes one, two, three or four insulated cylindrical-conical beer fermentation tanks, the compact water cooler, the measuring and control system, the electric switchbox and the base frame.
