The fermentation systems for the cider production lines
The cider fermentation system includes the cider production tanks and all equipment needed for the cider fermentation and maturation process. Main parts of the fermentation system for the cider production :
- Tanks for the primary cider fermentation : Opened fermentors, cylindrically-conical fermentors, cylindrical fermentation tanks.
- Tanks for the secondary cider fermentation : Pressure cylindrically-conical fermenters, pressure cylindrical fermenters.
- Tanks for the conditioning of cider : Pressure tanks for the final conditioning of cider. Pressure tanks are used for the carbonization of cider, additional flavouring, filtration of cider and for filling of cider into bottles, kegs or cans.
- Complete fermentation sets : These sets include tanks for both primary and secondary cider fermentation, cooling system, measurement and control system, hoses and valves.
- Yeast processing system : Storage tanks for yeast, yeast regeneration tanks, yeast propagation stations.
- Components for cider production tanks : Valves, tank spraying balls, sample valves, pressure valves, relief valves, fill level indicators, manometers, fittings and other armatures.
